Q: When does my lease end?

A: Your lease ends on July 25th at 12:00 PM. All residents who have not turned in their keys prior to 12:00 PM on the 25th will be charged a daily $100 holdover fee. 

 

Q. Can I have someone from the office inspect my unit before I turn in keys?

  1. Yes! Please reach out to the leasing office to schedule a time to have an office team member inspect your unit. All inspections will require an appointment and will be scheduled prior to July 25th. 

 

Q. Am I still responsible for utilities if I move out before the 25th?

  1. Yes, all residents are responsible for utilities until their official lease end date. 

 

Q. When will I get my deposit back?

  1. Once your financial move out statement is  completed and any charges have been applied to your deposit, the remaining balance will be mailed to you within 30 days. Please ensure that you provide the leasing office with an updated forwarding address to receive your deposit. 

 

Q. When is my transfer day?

  1. If you have signed a renewal lease for a new floor plan or unit, keys will be available for pick up on August 5th at 10:00 AM. You will have 48 hours to complete your transfer and return your old keys to the leasing office. If your keys are not returned to the leasing office within 48 hours, you will be charged a daily $100 holdover fee.
